I grew up in North Saanich on Vancouver Island, then moved to the Fraser Valley to attend the University of the Fraser Valley as a Poli-Sci/Philosophy student. I then moved to Nanaimo to study Creative Writing at VIU. I’m not sure why I moved up to the Comox Valley, but the rent is cheap so I can afford to go back to college.
I am in the Advanced Design and Development Diploma. I chose this because I loved my first year of the IMG program at NIC, and love everything about digital culture, especially independent publishing, audio, and video content creation.
A lot of my future goals have to do with gaining experience in the content creation field. For the past ten years, I’ve wanted to start my own studio that creates fresh content daily or work at an organization that does the same thing.
